nBragg v. Linden Research, Inc. � After Marc Bragg, aka Marc Woebegone, found a way to purchase virtual property and resell for a profit, Linden Labs caught wind and terminated his account.
nBragg sued Linden Labs for breach of contract and unfair trade practices in West Chester, PA.
nThe settlement terms were not disclosed.
